The Mamas and the Papas

   

Our Heritage turkeys are free-range, cage-free and organic! They gobble-gobble around the farm, pecking at bugs, eating grass, sometimes ending up in places they don't belong, but we just herd them out. They travel as a pack, as a family of two dads and many moms.

The babies, more like teenagers.....

The polts have grown so fast..we had to move them from their little room to the barn. It's amazing how fast they have matured, right before my eyes. When I first arrived at the farm, they were cute little furry things. Now, they are big birds! They seem calmer in the barn, with more room to grow and live.
